Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
All residents will check-in via appointment on their designated check-in date. If approved for housing, you can expect check-in communications via email and/or phone closer to your expected arrival date.
Transportation Options:
Amtrak offers transportation between Burlington Airport and Rutland Transit Center. The Bus offers transporation between Rutland Transit Center and Ludlow Park and Ride. These shuttle services are not operated by or affiliated with Vail Resorts. Prices may vary depending on dates and a reservation may be required.There is no public bus in Ludlow, however, there is an employee shuttle that offer transporation to and from Okemo Resort.
