Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

The Quality Inn is Hotel style housing located in Gettysburg. The following are some key highlights for the property:

Parking: Parking is available but limited and is on a first come first serve basis during check-in.

Additional Storage: There is no additional storage options outside of the units that is provided by Employee Housing.

Laundry: There is a self-service laundry room on site and the machines are coin operated.

Additional Shared Amenities: Residents will have access to the hotel's indoor pool as well as the weight room.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
If approved for Housing, all residents will check-in at The Quality Inn front desk on their designated check-in date. Residents can expect check-in communications via email and/or phone closer to their expected arrival date.
Transportation Options:
The Rabbit Bus provides local transportation around the Gettysburg Area.
There is a daily shuttle that provides transportation between Liberty Mountain and The Quality Inn for Employee Housing residents only.
