Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Parking: Parking is available but is extremely limited at this property. Parking is allocated by department. Additional parking may be available on a first come first serve basis during check-in. Most residents at Middle Creek will not be able to secure a parking permit at the property. Should you be approved for parking, you will receive a parking permit for either an onsite parking space or an offsite, overflow parking space. The cost of a parking permit is $50.00/per month for both onsite and offsite parking. Guest parking is not permitted at this property.

Additional Property Highlights: Property is located across the highway from Vail Village and is easily accessible by foot and/or public transportation. There is a large concrete courtyard at the center of the apartment complex.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.

All Vail residents will check-in at the First Chair Housing Office on their designated check-in date.

Transportation Options:
Epic Mountain Express: Epic Mountain Express is a Vail Resorts shuttle service that provides transportation between Denver International Airport, as well as Eagle County Airport, and all Summit & Eagle County destinations. Prices may vary depending on dates and a reservation is required.
Peak 1 Express: Peak 1 Express offers transportation between the Denver International Airport and all Breckenridge & Summit County destinations as well as the Vail Valley. Prices may vary depending on dates and a reservation is required.
Bustang: The Bustang service connects commuters along the I-25 Front Range and I-70 Mountain Corridors. Use the RTD’s A-line to connect from Denver International Airport to Union Station. The Bustang is located at Gate B4 in Underground Bus Concourse, 1701 Wynkoop St. The JustRide Bustang mobile app is required for purchasing tickets in advance (advised) or you can purchase a ticket while boarding the bus. Local Public Transportation: The town of Vail offers a free bus with routes throughout the town.
