Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Overview
Sunrise is Apartment style housing located in Summit County close to Keystone Resort. The following are some key highlights for the property:

Parking: Parking is available but limited and is on a first come first serve basis during check-in. Sunrise's parking permit costs $25 per month.

Mail & Packages: Residents are encouraged to acquire a PO Box after moving in as there is no USPS delivery to this property. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx will deliver to the apartment's front door. It is advised to use local PO Box for package delivery to minimize loss or theft of packages.

Additional Storage: Sunrise has a limited amount of additional storage space available to residents for $20 per month.

Laundry: There is a self-service laundry room on site. Machines can either accept coins or can be operated via laundry app. The link to download the app is posted inside the laundry room.

Additional Shared Amenities: In addition to being conveniently located off of Highway 6 and close to Keystone Resort, Sunrise also has a basketball hoop, volley ball court, and lawn area.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
All residents will check-in at the Sunrise Housing Office on their designated check-in date. See the resort's Housing Landing Page for the office's address and hours.
Transportation Options:
Epic Mountain Express: Epic Mountain Express is a Vail Resorts shuttle service that provides transportation between Denver International Airport, as well as Eagle County Airport, and all Summit & Eagle County destinations. Prices may vary depending on dates and a reservation is required.
Peak 1 Express: Peak 1 Express offers transportation between the Denver International Airport and all Breckenridge & Summit County destinations as well as the Vail Valley. Prices may vary depending on dates and a reservation is required.
Bustang: The Bustang service connects commuters along the I-25 Front Range and I-70 Mountain Corridors. Use the RTD’s A-line to connect from Denver International Airport to Union Station. The Bustang is located at Gate B4 in Underground Bus Concourse, 1701 Wynkoop St. The JustRide Bustang mobile app is required for purchasing tickets in advance (advised) or you can purchase a ticket while boarding the bus.
