Eligibility and Bookings

To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Overview

Slopeside Village is apartment style housing located in Park City. The following are some key highlights for the property:

Parking: Parking at Employee Housing is extremely limited. If you would like to apply for a parking permit, please indicate this on your housing application. However, due to high demand, there is no guarantee that a parking permit will be available. If approved, the cost of the parking permit will be included in your housing acceptance, and payment will be processed through StarRez. We strongly encourage residents who have alternative transportation options to consider not bringing a vehicle, as parking options are very restricted in the greater Park City area.
Mail & Packages: All packages and mail are received in the leasing office located in building A. Letters and small USPS packages are delivered to your units' personal mailboxes while all other packages are received via request from the Slopeside front desk. There is one shared mailbox key for each unit with access to your unit's personal mailbox. To receive packages or mail, use the Slopeside Village Address including your personal building letter & unit number (for example: 1823 Ozzy Way Unit A101, Park City UT, 84098).
Additional Storage: Bike and ski storage is available on-site for an additional fee. The storage area is located in the ground floor of Building B and includes an indoor bike wash and repair station.
Laundry: Each building has washers and dryers, which are located either on each floor or in the basement, depending on the building. The cost per cycle is $2.00. To use the washers and dryers, you will need to download the PayRange app and make payments through the app.
Additional Shared Amenities: There is a 24-hour fitness center located in Building B for all residents. In addition, there are community lounge spaces including a clubhouse located in building A.

Renters Insurance Required

Slopeside Village residents are required to have active renters insurance. You can either provide your own coverage or obtain it through the front desk during the check-in process.

Check-In Info

All residents will check-in via appointment on their designated check-in date. If approved for housing, you will receive check-in communications via email and/or phone closer to your expected arrival date.

Where to Check-In: The Office is located in Building H near the south side of the first floor.

Check-In Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Please ensure your travel arrangements align with these check-in hours, as we cannot accommodate after-hours or Sunday arrivals. If you arrive outside of these hours, you will need to secure alternate accommodation.

Transportation Options:

From Closest Major Airport: The closest airport to the property is Salt Lake City International Airport. You can take the 902 bus from Salt Lake City to connect to Park City transit lines. Bus schedules are flexible.

Local Public Transportation: During the winter season, there are transit lines available that connect from Salt Lake City International Airport to the Kimball Junction Transit Center (KJTC). From KJTC, several bus lines run to downtown Park City. The 10 White bus is the nearest line that connects to the property. For the full bus schedule, please visit: Park City Transit
