Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Mail & Packages: Residents are encouraged to acquire a PO Box after moving in as there is no USPS delivery to this property. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx will deliver to 5837 Mountain Road Stowe VT 05672.

Additional Storage: There is no additional storage options outside of the units that is provided by Employee Housing.

Laundry: There is a self-service laundry room on site and the machines are coin operated.
