Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Overview
The Cabins consist of 5 properties that are House style housing that are all located in the same neighborhood in Fayette County. The 6 properties are Blue Spruce, Deer Lane, KooKoo's Nest, Swiss Cabin, and White Spruce. The following are some key highlights for the properties:

Parking: Parking is available at each of the properties and do not have an additional cost/fee.

Mail & Packages: Residents will contact the Post Master at the Champion Post Office to obtain a PO Box for their cabin.

Additional Storage: There is no additional storage options outside of the properties through Employee Housing.

Laundry: There are no laundry facilities located at these properties.

Additional Shared Amenities: The properties have access to a grill, yard, horse shoe pits, and tennis courts.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
All residents will check-in with Housing staff at Alpine Lodge on their designated check-in date. Appointment is required for check-in. If approved for Housing at these locations, expect Housing staff to contact you via email and/or phone closer to your expected arrival date.

Transportation Options:
Closest major airport is Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) located approximately 78 miles away.
Check Pittsburgh Regional Transit for the Airport Flyer route to Liberty Avenue. From Liberty Avenue, transfer to the Westmoreland Transit bus to get to Westmoreland. From Westmoreland, you will need to have reserved a taxi service to get you to Champion.
Check availability at Greyhound and Amtrak for other potential transportation options to nearby towns.
There is not bus service that goes directly to Seven Springs, so booking a taxi in advance may be required.
