Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions page, where you'll find answers to common questions and helpful information about our services and processes.
What type of Room Styles do we have?
We offer several housing styles across our properties, each with distinct layouts and amenities. Because housing options vary by resort and property location, not all room styles are available everywhere. Review the descriptions below to determine which option best fits your needs and expectations.
Apartment: Units that have a full kitchen, bathroom, and living space in the unit. Typical of apartment buildings, or large houses/spaces that have been broken into separate apartment units.
Community: Units that have no kitchen or bathroom in unit but have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom (shower and toilet stalls).
Hotel: Units that have no kitchen space (may have a mini kitchen) and a full bathroom in unit. Typical hotel units don’t have a common space like a living room in unit but may have a chair or desk, with some having access to a full kitchen shared across the building.
House: units that are in typical houses, with separate bedrooms, full kitchens, at least one full bathroom, and a living space in the house.

Housing assignments are typically made before arrival at your resort.

Availability is limited and fills quickly.
-
Walk-in requests cannot be accommodated if you are not approved in advance.
We encourage you to apply as early as possible to increase your chances of placement.
