Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

At this time there is not an Employee Housing office located at this resort. If approved for Housing, applicants will receive further instruction about how to schedule their check-in appointment.

In the summertime, Kirkwood turns into a picturesque high alpine adventure playground! World class rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and fishing are all just within a stone's throw of the resort. Fields of wildflowers will take your breath away during the summer months, and the turning aspens make a beautiful backdrop during the fall months.
