New User - Claim Your Password
Are you a new Vail Resorts Employee? Congratulations and welcome to Vail Resorts!
If you have never logged into Employee Housing before, you will need to ensure the below steps have been completed before attempting to claim your password:
1) Have you completed all of your New Hire Paperwork in SuccessFactors (the VR Employment site)?
2) Did you complete that paperwork at least one day ago?
In order to appear in the Housing Database, you will need to complete all of your New HIre paperwork for Vail Resorts, and then wait until the next day (after 6:00 AM MT) for your information to be imported into the system. Otherwise, you will be unable to access the database. **You should use the same email address you would have used when applying for employment. **
Returning User - Forgot Your Password?
If you are a returning user (have applied for Housing in the past through this site), you can reset your password below. Note that you will need to use the same email address you did when you first applied for Housing in order to claim that password.
If you need to change which email address is used, please open a Direct Connect ticket with your local resort.
