Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
All employees will check in at our Housing Office at 1100 Keller Rd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 Unit #101, by appointment only.
Transportation Options:
South Tahoe Airporter offers transportation between the Reno Airport and many South Lake Tahoe locations.
Tahoe Transportation District website has all the details regarding local transporation options.
