Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Keller is Apartment style housing located in South Lake Tahoe. The following are some key highlights for the property:

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
All Keller residents will check-in via appointment on their designated check-in date. If approved for housing, you can expect check-in communications via email and/or phone closer to your expected arrival date.
Transportation Options:
South Tahoe Airporter offers transportation between the Reno Airport and many South Lake Tahoe locations.
