Eligibility and Bookings
To be eligible for Employee Housing, you must be an active Vail Resorts employee and submit an Employee Housing application. If approved, you will need to receive and accept a Housing offer. The offer will indicate your check-in date for Housing. Employee Housing is not guaranteed and we do not do walk up reservations/bookings.

Overview
Glacier is Apartment style housing located in Whistler Blackcomb. The following are some key highlights for the property:

Parking: Applicants can request parking in their Employee Housing application. Those who are approved for housing will be notified of their parking approval status when they receive their bed offer. There is a $30/month fee associated with parking at this location. No campers or oversized vehicles permitted in our parking lots, vehicles must be under 7 feet high and under 20 feet long. Note: Parking is available but very limited. There are no EV parking/charging stalls at WB.

Mail & Packages: Mail and Packages can either be delivered to resident address or to Employee Housing Office.

Additional Storage: There is no additional storage options outside of the units that is provided by Employee Housing.

Laundry: There is a self-service laundry room on site and the machines are card operated. Laundry card given to residents at check-in.

Additional Shared Amenities: There is a large lounge located in every building that is shared by every resident. There is a basketball hoop, as well as a gym at Glacier.

The formula for our room types are based on the format outlined below. Using 2x1 Shared as an example, here's what the room types mean:
- First Number = Number of bedrooms in the unit
- Second Number = Number of bathrooms in the unit
- Shared/Single = Is this specific bedroom shared with a roommate or a private room
So a 2x1 Shared would be a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit where the bedroom is shared.
Check-In Info
All residents will check-in at the Glacier Housing Office on their designated check-in date to acquire unit keys. This must be done prior to moving into their unit. See the resort's Housing Landing Page for the office's address and hours.
Transportation Options:
Whistler Blackcomb is approximately 2.5 hours from Vancouver International Airport. There are 4 bus services that offers transporation to and from Vancouver Airport and WB
These shuttle services are not operated by or affiliated with Vail Resorts. Prices may vary depending on dates and a reservation may be required.
