About Employee Housing at Vail Resorts

Whether you are a new employee or returning for another season, we’re excited that you have joined the Vail Resorts team!

Our mission is to create the Experience of a Lifetime for our employees, so they, in turn, can create the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests. Your housing application is the first step in establishing roots in our communities that can be the foundation for this exciting new chapter.

Employee Housing may be available at a variety of our stunning resorts across North America, and offers diverse options that vary in cost, amenities, location, parking and more, depending on location. Most of our housing options are shared units and bedrooms, providing you the opportunity to live alongside other team members and make friendships and memories that can last a lifetime. Please note that submitting a housing application does not guarantee you a space in housing and demand for housing is high in many of our resort communities. We will do our best to process applications and communicate with you throughout the process as quickly as we can, keeping you informed along the way. We are very excited about your interest in moving into our community!
